Production Program:
• Participate in the definition of the production policy on the farms and ensure its implementation.
• Study and forecast the evolution of production means and techniques
• Propose the investments necessary for the development of farms and ensure the improvement of their production
• Optimizing the use of means of production
• Propose to senior management the launch of new crop varieties
• Supervise phytosanitary treatment
• Ensure that production targets are met within the expected time frame
• Validate the purchase orders of material and the technical specifications of the purchased products
• Provide technical support to crop managers
• Write service notes and work instructions for farm managers
• Improve productivity by maintaining a favorable social climate, training staff, finding new production methods and the most suitable solutions
• Minimize production costs
• Contribute to the development of production schedules taking into account sales forecasts
• Ensure compliance with the management system and quality procedures
• Ensure continuous improvement of the quality management system
•Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Bac + 2 / + 5 school of agronomy
• Minimum 5 years in a similar position
• Bilingual in Spanish/English
• Experience in agricultural industry, preferred
