Garland S. Reiter – Founder & Chairman
Garland S. Reiter is the Founder & Chairman of Reiter Affiliated Companies (RAC), with more than four decades of leadership in the agricultural industry. He led the company’s global expansion, diversified its berry portfolio, and developed operations across the Americas, Europe, Africa, and China. Garland is a strong advocate for a values-driven culture and a pioneer in philanthropy, advancing healthcare and education initiatives for farmworker communities.
Miles Reiter – Board Member
Miles Reiter is Executive Chairman of Driscoll’s and a fourth-generation farmer with more than 40 years of industry leadership. He played a central role in transforming Driscoll’s into a global brand with berry production across six continents. His career reflects a long-standing commitment to innovation, quality, and expanding year-round access to premium berries worldwide.
Duke Petrovich – Lead Director & Board Member
Duke Petrovich is Chair of the Compensation Committee. He spent 36 years at Wrigley, ultimately serving as President and leading the company’s global growth. Duke also serves on the Board of Driscoll’s, contributing deep expertise in corporate strategy, finance, and executive leadership.
Allison Reiter-Kambic – Board Member & Chair, Philanthropy Steering Committee
Allison Reiter-Kambic is the founder and owner of ARK Interiors in Santa Cruz, California. Allison brings a unique combination of sustainability experience, philanthropic leadership, creativity, and entrepreneurial perspective to the Board.
Garland Reiter Jr. – Board Member
Garland Reiter Jr. is the Chief Commercial Officer for Driscoll’s of the Americas. He has led commercial strategy and global growth initiatives, particularly within the blueberry category. His background combines international business leadership with firsthand farming experience as a former berry grower.
Jeff Huckaby – Board Member
Jeff Huckaby brings decades of agricultural leadership and a strong commitment to operational innovation and farming excellence. As President and CEO of Grimmway Produce Group and a fourth-generation farmer, he has played a key role in advancing organic and sustainable farming practices across the industry. Jeff’s experience and perspective align closely with RAC’s mission and long-term vision.
Ronald H. Star – Board Member
Ronald H. Star is long-standing legal advisor to Reiter Affiliated Companies. A partner at Arnold & Porter, he co-leads the firm’s Emerging Companies and Venture Capital practice. Ron is also a dedicated educator and mentor, teaching entrepreneurship at UC Berkeley and other institutions, and contributes deep legal, strategic, and academic insight to the Board.
Jeri Hilleman – Board Member
Jeri Hilleman is Chair of the Audit Committee. She is currently Chair of the Board at Omada Health and serves on the boards and audit committees of several public and private companies, including Novocure, SI-Bone, and Minerva Neurosciences. Jeri brings over 20 years of experience as a public company CFO, having led more than $1 billion in equity and debt financings, including multiple IPOs and M&A transactions, across healthcare, technology, energy, and agricultural sectors.
Jesus Madrazo – Chief Executive Officer
Jesus Madrazo is the Chief Executive Officer of Reiter Affiliated Companies, a role he assumed in 2023. He brings extensive global leadership experience from senior roles at Bayer and Monsanto and is the founder of Kompali Farms. Jesus provides a strategic vision focused on sustainability, innovation, and long-term global growth, aligned with RAC’s core values.
Eric Reiter – Chief Operations Officer
Eric Reiter serves as Chief Operations Officer, overseeing all farming and production operations across the United States, Canada, Europe, Africa, and China. He leads regional teams to ensure operational excellence, product quality, innovation, and sustainable growth, aligning production strategies with business objectives and Driscoll’s supply commitments. Eric joined the company in 2019 and brings deep operational and grower leadership experience.
