INSPIRAR SALUD Y FELICID<\/h2>\n

La obesidad es uno de los problemas principales de salud p\u00fablica en todo el mundo. La tendencia de obesidad en M\u00e9xico ha sido alarmante, hasta el punto de convertirse en el pa\u00eds con el \u00edndice m\u00e1s alto de obesidad en el mundo. En 2010, BerryMex se asoci\u00f3 con la Fundaci\u00f3n Mexicana Para el Desarrollo Rural para implementar Sembrando Salud, un programa de educaci\u00f3n para la salud. El modelo de intervenci\u00f3n del programa fue dise\u00f1ado para prevenir la obesidad y la diabetes entre la poblaci\u00f3n agr\u00edcola con la asistencia de la Universidad de California, en Davis. El programa anima a los empleados a adoptar comportamientos preventivos, como visitas rutinarias al m\u00e9dico, alimentaci\u00f3n saludable y actividad f\u00edsica. El programa ha continuado a crecer y evolucionar con un enfoque de crear comunidades saludables en los ranchos, que empoderan a los participantes a promover un medio ambiente m\u00e1s saludable para ellos mismos, sus familias y su comunidad, as\u00ed como fomentar un ambiente donde los participantes se apoyan mutuamente y son responsables ante el grupo para mantener un estilo de vida saludable.<\/p>\n

La visi\u00f3n de Sembrando Salud es empoderar los trabajadores agr\u00edcolas y sus familias para tomar decisiones adecuadas que llevan a una mejor salud y felicidad a trav\u00e9s de educar e involucrar a los empleadores a ser un v\u00ednculo hacia una comunidad agr\u00edcola m\u00e1s sana y productiva<\/p>\n

OBJETIVOS<\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. Promover una comunidad de trabajadores agr\u00edcolas vibrante y saludable.<\/li>\n
  2. Crear un modelo de salud culturalmente sensible y relevante y econ\u00f3micamente viable, que sea sustentable y tenga el potencial de llegar a grandes segmentos de la poblaci\u00f3n de trabajadores agr\u00edcolas.<\/li>\n
  3. Reducir los riesgos de salud asociados con la obesidad, la diabetes, la mala alimentaci\u00f3n e inactividad f\u00edsica entre los trabajadores agr\u00edcolas y sus familias.<\/li>\n
  4. Inspirar participaci\u00f3n y compromiso en el empleador hacia la salud y el bienestar en beneficio de su personal, al mismo tiempo que se mejora el estado financiero del negocio.<\/li>\n
  5. Establecer relaciones con fundaciones, donantes, proveedores de servicios, empresarios, educadores y otras personas o instituciones que pueden ampliar estos esfuerzos.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
