Eddie: Eduardo Lopez
RAC: How long have you been working with RAC/Berrymex?
Eddie: 3 years
RAC: What position did you originally start at and where are you now?
Eddie: I started as a Strawberry production Manager for Aptos Berry Farms in the Watsonville District. I´m currently the Portugal Manager in Zambujeira Do Mar, Portugal.
RAC: What, in your perspective, is the most important quality in order to succeed?
Eddie: Hard work is the most important quality in order to succeed. Behind work everything else follows.
RAC: How has RAC/Berrymex helped you succeed in your work?
Eddie: With the support of my family(Reiter), research, and accounting our team RAC/Berrymex has helped me to identify the problems and strategize the solution as a team. We always try to perfect our job every time.
RAC: How does RAC/Berrymex separate itself from its competitor?
Eddie: RAC/Berrymex separates from its competitors in many ways. They separate themselves with experience, values, and passion to succeed. Everybody that works at RAC values their job and gets recognized and rewarded for their hard work. I also think of RAC not only as a prefer employer but as a family.
RAC: Where do you see yourself in the future?
Eddie: This is a tough question. In the future I see myself still in the berry business but doing something more challenging either in the U.S, Mexico, or in Europe. I love the berry business and I can’t see myself doing anything else.
