We are currently seeking an intelligent, dynamic individual to join our Corporate Accounting Department for the career opportunity of Senior Accountant. Position Purpose
The Senior Accountant will play a critical hands-on role in general ledger processing in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, including supporting schedules to the financial statements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· General ledger processing including, journal entry preparation, account reconciliation and intercompany balancing
· Prepare supporting balance sheet schedules
· Financial statement analysis and various financial analyses
· Support internal consolidated financial reporting
· Lead the annual administrative budget process, working closely with Financial Planning & Analysis
· Support the annual audit with outside auditors, including preparation of year-end audit schedules
· Completion of ad hoc reporting and other duties as required
Reporting Relationships/Contacts
- Reports directly to the Corporate Accounting Manager
- Will have daily exposure and contact with the Corporate Controller, Director of Tax Compliance & International Accounting, and Chief Financial Officer, as well as regular interaction with Executive and Senior Management and other finance/accounting personnel throughout the company

Education and Experience
- Undergraduate degree with emphasis in Finance or Accounting
- CPA or CPA Candidate preferred
- Strong technology skills, including Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel ability and ERP system experience—Oracle preferred
- 5 years general accounting experience, predominantly working with general ledgers, account analysis, intercompany transactions and eliminations, and financial statements
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus

TITLE: Treasury Analyst
REPORTS TO: VP Risk and Treasury
LOCATION: Oxnard, CA
POSITION PURPOSE:
The Treasury Analyst is a finance professional who will provide analytical support to RAC’s treasury and risk management departments. This position will report to the Vice President – Risk and Treasury Management.
JOB SUMMARY:
His/Her primary role is to analyze and report on cash and financing activities, as well as assist in the management of RAC’s cash, banking relationships, financing matters, and other treasury activities. Additionally, he/she will participate in the analysis of certain risk management activities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelors degree (or higher) in Accounting, Finance or Business
· Related experience of 2 – 5 years
· General ledger accounting experience
· Oracle system knowledge/experience highly preferred
· Experience with multiple currencies preferred
SKILLS:
· Advanced PC spreadsheet (Excel) and presentation (Power Point) skills
· Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
· Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
· Assist in the daily management of RAC’s cash activities
· Report on RAC’s daily cash balances and reconcile to RAC’s treasury management system
· Prepare and regularly update cash forecasts
· Develop and maintain financial modeling for proactive decision making
· Assist in maintaining banking and financing relationships
· Prepare internal and external reporting of treasury and financing results
· Prepare presentation material for internal management, Board of Directors, and external stakeholders.
· Manage RAC’s Letters of Credit activities
· Update and maintain treasury procedures
· Oversee bank account administration
· Assist Insurance Manager with analyses and insurance renewal activities
· Assist in the administration of Real Estate acquisition activities
· Assist in the administration of RAC’s captive insurance company governance and regulatory compliance
· Other projects and duties they may be assigned
